01
What cookies are
Cookies and local storage are small pieces of data a site keeps in your browser to remember information between visits.
02
Who uses them
Ezequiel Migueles, Minthra's owner. Google Ireland Ltd. as a third party for analytics, only if you accept it; Cloudflare, Inc. for the bot check on the support form and the email step of the account deletion page; and Apple or Google for sign-in on the account deletion page, only if you click that option.
03
Cookies by category
Necessary (no consent required): minthra-consent (your cookie choice, up to 24 months), minthra-locale (language) and minthra-theme (theme), stored in your browser's local storage. If you delete your account from minthra.app, the sign-in that page needs lives only in the page's memory and is gone when you close it: nothing is stored.
Security: on the support form and the email step of the account deletion page, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, is sending the request. It runs in a frame served by Cloudflare, sets no cookie on minthra.app, and uses technical information about your browser and connection, including your IP address, only for that check. It is strictly necessary to protect those forms, so it does not need consent.
Sign-in with Apple or Google (third party): on the account deletion page, "Continue with Apple" and "Continue with Google" load Apple's or Google's sign-in script only when you click that button, never when the page loads or on other pages. If you use one, Apple or Google receives your IP address and browser information and may set their own cookies, under their own privacy and cookie policies, as independent controllers. It happens only because you chose that option, so it does not need consent.
Analytics: _ga and _ga_ZVHFRQZ84P, from Google Analytics 4, to tell visitors and sessions apart (2 years). Set only if you accept analytics.
04
Legal basis and consent
Non-essential cookies are set only with your prior consent (LSSI art. 22.2). Until then no Google tag is loaded at all. We will ask you again after 24 months, or sooner if the categories or vendors change.
05
Changing your choice
From "Cookie settings", in the footer, at any time, in the same number of clicks it took to accept.
06
Deleting them in your browser
Chrome: support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647. Safari: support.apple.com/en-us/guide/safari/sfri11471/mac. Firefox: support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/clear-cookies-and-site-data-firefox. Edge: support.microsoft.com, "Delete cookies in Microsoft Edge".
07
International transfers
Google and Cloudflare may process this data in the United States, under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or, where they are certified under it, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
08
Updates
Version 1.0, 14 October 2026, the first published version. A change of categories or vendors asks for your consent again.
