Terms of use
Who provides the service
Minthra is a personal, free, non-commercial project run by Ezequiel Migueles (Spain), contact legal@minthra.app. Creating an account means you accept these terms and confirm you have read the Privacy policy (minthra.app/privacy/).
What Minthra is
A tool to plan and log strength training, log what you eat against daily targets, and follow your progress, on iPhone, Apple Watch and Android. It is free, and if paid features ever exist you will be told in advance and never charged without your express agreement.
This is not a medical or dietary service. Progression suggestions, calorie and macro targets, their reviews every two weeks and meal analysis estimates are indicative, and an estimate can be wrong: check it before you log it. Talk to a professional before starting or changing a training program or a diet — especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or have a history of eating disorders — and train within your limits.
Your account
You must be 16 or older and give a valid email address. You sign in with Apple, with Google or with a code we email you, so keeping your account safe means keeping access to that email, Apple or Google account safe. You can export your data and delete your account whenever you want, from the app or from minthra.app/delete-account/.
Acceptable use
Do not use Minthra for illegal activities, do not try to access other people's accounts, do not overload or automatically scrape the service without permission, do not try to bypass its security measures or its limits, and do not post unlawful content in your notes, display name, custom exercises or foods. You can report any abuse or illegal content to legal@minthra.app.
Your content
Your workouts, meals, notes and photos are yours. You only give us permission to store and process them as needed to provide the service, and that permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
Third-party content
Some food information comes from Open Food Facts, a collaborative database available under the Open Database License, and may be incomplete or wrong. Exercise names, instructions and animations are provided for guidance only.
Intellectual property
Minthra's name, logo, design and software belong to its owner, except for third-party components under their own licenses. We grant you a personal, free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the apps.
Availability and liability
Minthra is provided "as is" by one person in their spare time. It may have bugs, outages, or stop existing. If the service is going to shut down, we will give at least 30 days' notice so you can export your data. Except for intent or gross negligence, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, including injury from training or eating by its suggestions. None of this limits your rights as a consumer.
Suspension and closing your account
You can stop using Minthra and delete your account at any time; the deletion takes effect 30 days after you confirm it, and you can cancel it until then. We may suspend or close an account that seriously breaches these terms, explaining why unless the law forbids it, and giving you the chance to export your data where possible.
Changes to these terms
Version 1.0, 14 October 2026, the first published version. We will announce material changes in the app or by email at least 15 days in advance. If you disagree, you can delete your account before they take effect.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory rules of your country of residence if you are a consumer in the EU. Disputes will be resolved before the courts of your home jurisdiction. Before anything else, write to us: almost everything gets fixed with an email.
