How your targets are set and reviewed every two weeks

In automatic mode, your daily calories start from an estimate of what you burn, adjusted for your goal and pace. How it's calculated, on the Goals screen, shows the numbers. Any formula can be off by around 10 %, which is why Minthra checks it against your real weight.

## The review every two weeks

Every two weeks Minthra compares your weight trend with the pace you chose. It needs at least four weigh-ins spread over a week or more — typed by you or imported from Apple Health or Health Connect. If you're on track, nothing changes. If not, it adjusts your daily target by at most 100 kcal, always in carbohydrate and never below a safe floor.

When it changes something, the next time you open Nutrition you see what changed and why. Use the new ones accepts it; Keep the previous ones undoes it. After three times keeping your previous goals, it stops suggesting changes. Every review, including the ones that changed nothing, is under Goals → See history.

Manual mode is never adjusted, and pausing nutrition stops the reviews.
