Creating and adjusting a routine with AI

Minthra can put a routine together for you, or reshape one you already have. It is optional, free, and always a draft: nothing is saved until you have read it and chosen to keep it.

To create one, open Train → Plan, tap the create menu and choose Generate with AI. Pick the focus (full body, upper, lower, push or pull) and how long you have. It uses your goal, level and equipment from your profile, so check those first.

To change one you have, open the routine and tap Adjust with AI. Pick Shorter, Longer, Harder, Easier, No equipment or Change focus, and if you like add a short note of up to 200 characters, like "no overhead press". What changed is marked as New or Changed in the editor. Edit anything, then save. If you don't like it, tap Undo and your routine goes back to how it was.

There is a limit of 10 uses a day, shared between creating and adjusting routines and generating programs. It resets the next day, and you can always build or edit by hand.

What is sent: your goal, level and equipment, the focus and length you chose, and your note if you write one. It goes to an AI service and the note is not stored, so please don't put personal or health details in it. A note that has nothing to do with training is refused.

To swap a single exercise without AI, tap Alternatives on it in the editor: you get exercises with the same movement and muscle that you can do with your equipment. If your equipment list is empty, only body weight exercises are offered. Add your kit in your profile to see more.
